Tara Fatehi is a voice artist and actor with a versatile voice and an ‘infectious energy’ (gal-dem). She is trained in stage acting, singing and contemporary dance and uses her body to bring voice characters to life. She has worked on several music projects as vocalist and is the co-founder and lead performer of London’s performative-poetry and music nights From the Lips to the Moon with national and international performances.
Tara does voice over for lip synced dubbing, documentary narration, audiobook, radio, art exhibitions, and access. She has been on the BBC, Soho Radio, NTS and more.
With a PhD in Performance Studies, Tara can lift any non-fiction book in arts and humanities off the page.
Tara works professionally in English and Farsi with recordings done in both languages and is skilled in translation across the two. Full CV on Spotlight.
